INSCO is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to our hosting and server clients. The candidate must be customer-oriented and capable of solving technical issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1/2 support for hosting, servers, and domains.
Respond to tickets, emails, and live chat inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.
Document issues and follow internal procedures.
Requirements:
Familiarity with cPanel, WHM, Linux, DNS.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts if needed.
Experience in the hosting industry is a plus.
