third-party licence costs;
other applicable governmental charges.
The total amount payable will be displayed or communicated before payment where required by applicable law.

Applicable VAT, sales taxes, or other taxes may be added to the price where required by law.
For eligible business customers, applicable VAT treatment may depend on:
Customer location;
Customer tax status;
VAT registration;
applicable tax rules;
the nature of the Product or Service.
Where a Customer claims a tax exemption or reverse-charge treatment, the Customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid tax information.
INS-CO may request:
legal company name;
billing address;
VAT identification number;
tax registration information; or
other information reasonably required for tax compliance.
6. Invoices
Where an invoice is issued, it may contain:

Order or account reference;
Product or Service description;
quantity;
price;
applicable taxes;
total amount due;
currency;
payment due date;
payment instructions.
Customers should review invoices promptly and notify INS-CO of any apparent error.
7. Payment Due Dates
Payment due dates are specified on the applicable invoice, quotation, Order, or Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer is responsible for paying the full amount by the stated due date.
Payment obligations are not automatically cancelled because an invoice has not been reviewed internally by the Customer.
8. Advance Payment
INS-CO may require payment in advance for certain Products or Services.
Advance payment may be required for:
new accounts;
hosting;
VPS services;
dedicated servers;
domain registration;
SSL certificates;
custom development;
special-order Products;
third-party Products;
projects requiring dedicated resources;
Customers with overdue balances;
Products or Services with significant upfront costs.
Where advance payment is required, the relevant Product or Service may not be activated or commenced until payment has been successfully received.
9. Recurring Payments
Certain Products and Services may be billed on a recurring basis.
Recurring billing may apply to:
hosting;
VPS services;
dedicated servers;
subscriptions;
support plans;
software licences;
maintenance services;
other recurring Products or Services.
Where recurring billing applies, the Customer authorises INS-CO or its payment provider to charge the applicable payment method for future billing periods according to the agreed subscription terms.
10. Automatic Renewal
Where a Product or Service automatically renews, the applicable renewal frequency and pricing will be communicated through the relevant Order, subscription, quotation, or Agreement.
Customers are responsible for cancelling recurring Services before the next renewal date if they do not wish the Service to renew, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellation of a Service does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been successfully processed.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Payment Authorisation
By submitting a payment, the Customer confirms that:
the payment information provided is accurate;
the Customer is authorised to use the selected payment method;
the transaction is being made for a legitimate purpose; and
the Customer has authority to place the relevant Order where acting on behalf of an organisation.
INS-CO may decline or suspend a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised use, abuse, or another security concern.
12. Payment Processing Providers
INS-CO may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.
Payment providers may process information including:
name;
email address;
billing information;
transaction amount;
transaction reference;
payment method;
payment status;
limited card information;
fraud-prevention information.
Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
INS-CO does not need to store full payment-card numbers when those details are processed directly by a third-party payment provider.
13. Payment Card Security
INS-CO takes reasonable measures to protect payment-related information.
Where payment-card processing is provided by a third-party payment provider, card details may be entered directly into the provider’s secure payment environment.
Customers should never send full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to INS-CO by ordinary email.
14. Payment Verification
For certain transactions, INS-CO or its payment provider may request additional verification.
This may occur because of:
fraud-prevention controls;
unusual transaction activity;
high-value transactions;
account-security requirements;
payment-provider requirements;
legal or regulatory requirements.
If the requested verification cannot be completed, INS-CO may delay, decline, or cancel the transaction where permitted by law.
15. Failed Payments
A payment may fail for reasons including:
insufficient funds;
expired card;
incorrect payment information;
bank refusal;
payment-provider error;
security verification failure;
technical problems;
transaction limits.
If a payment fails, INS-CO may notify the Customer and request an alternative payment method.
Failure of a payment does not automatically cancel the Customer’s underlying payment obligation.
16. Overdue Payments
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, INS-CO may, subject to applicable law and the relevant Agreement:
send payment reminders;
suspend affected Services;
restrict account access;
suspend new Orders;
require advance payment;
charge lawful interest;
recover reasonable collection costs where legally permitted;
terminate affected Services following applicable contractual procedures.
Customers should contact INS-CO promptly if they believe an overdue invoice is incorrect.
17. Suspension for Non-Payment
Where permitted by the applicable Agreement and law, INS-CO may suspend Services when an undisputed payment remains overdue.
Before suspension, INS-CO may provide a notice or payment reminder where reasonably appropriate.
Suspension for non-payment does not normally eliminate amounts already due.
The Customer may also remain responsible for applicable reactivation or restoration charges where expressly stated in the relevant Service terms.
18. Service Reactivation
Where a Service has been suspended because of non-payment, INS-CO may restore the Service after:
the overdue balance has been paid;
any applicable reactivation fee has been paid;
payment has cleared;
required verification has been completed.
Reactivation may not be possible where a Service has already been permanently terminated or resources have been released.
19. Payment Disputes
If you believe that an invoice contains an error, contact:
Please provide:
invoice number;
account or Customer ID;
disputed amount;
reason for the dispute;
supporting documentation.
Customers should raise billing disputes promptly.
A genuine billing dispute concerning part of an invoice does not automatically suspend the obligation to pay undisputed amounts.
20. Duplicate Payments
If a Customer accidentally pays the same invoice more than once, INS-CO will review the transactions.
Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, INS-CO may:
refund the duplicate payment; or
apply the amount as a credit toward another outstanding invoice,
subject to the Customer’s circumstances and applicable law.
21. Overpayments
If a Customer pays more than the amount due, INS-CO may:
apply the excess as account credit;
apply it against another outstanding invoice; or
refund the excess amount where appropriate.
Refunds may be subject to verification of the original payment.
22. Chargebacks
Customers should contact INS-CO before initiating a chargeback when possible.
If a Customer initiates a chargeback, INS-CO may provide transaction and service information to the relevant payment provider or financial institution to establish whether the transaction was authorised and whether the Products or Services were supplied.
This may include:
Order records;
invoices;
payment confirmations;
account information;
service activation records;
support communications;
delivery information.
Nothing in this section limits a Customer’s right to dispute an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction.
23. Fraud Prevention
INS-CO may use reasonable measures to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions.
These measures may include:
transaction monitoring;
payment verification;
IP and device analysis;
account verification;
fraud screening;
payment-provider security tools.
Transactions that present a significant security risk may be delayed, declined, or cancelled.
24. Payment Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.
The timing of the refund may depend on:
INS-CO’s processing time;
the payment provider;
the bank;
the card issuer;
international payment networks.
For complete refund eligibility rules, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
25. Refund Currency
Where possible, refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency.
If the Customer’s bank or payment provider converts the refund into another currency, the final amount received may differ because of exchange-rate fluctuations.
INS-CO is not responsible for exchange-rate differences imposed by third parties unless required by applicable law.
26. Payment Processing Fees
Payment-processing fees may be charged where:
expressly disclosed before payment;
permitted by applicable law; and
applicable to the selected payment method.
INS-CO will not impose a payment surcharge where prohibited by law.
27. Bank Transfer Payments
Where bank transfer is offered, the Customer must use the payment instructions stated on the applicable invoice or payment page.
Customers should include the correct:
invoice number;
Customer ID;
payment reference.
INS-CO may be unable to identify or correctly allocate payments that do not contain sufficient payment references.
Bank transfers may require additional processing time.
28. International Payments
International Customers may be responsible for:
bank fees;
intermediary bank charges;
currency conversion fees;
international transfer costs;
local taxes;
import or other governmental charges.
Unless otherwise stated, the amount received by INS-CO must equal the invoiced amount.
29. Payment Confirmation
A transaction is considered successfully paid when INS-CO or its authorised payment provider confirms successful receipt of the payment.
A pending, authorised, or initiated payment is not necessarily a completed payment.
Where a payment remains pending, INS-CO may delay activation or delivery until the transaction is confirmed.
30. Account Credits
INS-CO may provide account credits in certain circumstances, including:
service credits;
promotional credits;
billing adjustments;
approved compensation;
overpayments.

cannot be transferred;

A promotional price may apply:
only for a limited period;
only to new customers;
only to selected Products or Services;
only for an initial subscription period;
subject to a minimum term;
subject to specific renewal pricing.
Any renewal price applicable after a promotional period should be communicated according to applicable law.
32. Price Changes
INS-CO may change prices for Products and Services.
For one-time purchases, the price applicable at the time the Order is accepted will generally apply.
For recurring Services, price changes may apply to future billing periods subject to:
applicable contractual terms;
advance notice requirements;
applicable law.
Customers may have cancellation rights where required by law or contract.
33. Taxes and Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
If incorrect information causes an incorrect tax calculation or invoice, INS-CO may correct the invoice where legally required.
Customers should notify INS-CO promptly of changes to:
legal company name;
billing address;
VAT number;
tax status;
billing contact information.
34. Business Customers

These may include:
purchase orders;

Where a signed Agreement provides different payment terms, the signed Agreement takes precedence over this Policy to the extent of any inconsistency.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to:
remove statutory cancellation rights;
restrict statutory refund rights;
impose unlawful payment surcharges;
exclude mandatory consumer protections.

INS-CO may retain payment and billing records as necessary for:
accounting;
tax compliance;
fraud prevention;

Where a payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, the provider’s terms may also apply.
INS-CO is not responsible for independent errors, outages, delays, exchange-rate decisions, or policies of third-party financial institutions.
