Overview

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Network Support Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our network infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring stable connectivity, system security, and smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi

• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions

• Install, configure, and support network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

• Assist in network design, upgrades, and expansions

• Ensure network security and implement best practices

• Perform regular system backups and updates

• Document network configurations and support procedures

• Provide technical support to internal teams and users

Requirements

• Proven experience in network support or IT support roles

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

• Experience with network hardware and troubleshooting tools

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments

• Knowledge of network security principles

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
