Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Member to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Present and promote products or services to prospective customers

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales efforts

• Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on your business model)

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
