Overview

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong experience in PHP and WordPress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins

• Build dynamic, responsive websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO readiness

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Ensure website security and implement best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements

• Maintain code quality, organization, and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on PHP and WordPress

• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme development, and plugin customization

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)

• Knowledge of WooCommerce development

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue)

• Experience with website hosting environments and deployment workflows
